New Pics: Ladies and Gentlemen: Today I'm offering for your consideration a new Steve Klein cue with several custom features. I bought this cue new from a dealer, and before I ever saw it in person I had the dealer send the cue back to Steve and have him install a BEM SW style band (out of the same piece of wood as the forend) at the butt sleeve of the cue, a smooth seamless leather wrap, and to make me two new ultra premium shafts. Here are the specs for the cue:

6 Points, 3 long Ebony and 3 short Purpleheart into a BEM forearm, with 4 veneers. Maple, blue, purple, and black. Fancy ebony and maple index rings with joint protectors to match.

Two outstanding ultra premium shafts with melamine ferrules and triangle tips (one unplayed and one played a few racks only), one 12.80mm, and one 13mm, both with Steve's Modified Pro Taper. These are the shafts that you really always want, but can only rarely find.

Weight: 19 oz, with the butt weighing 15.1, and the two shafts 3.8 and 3.9. With the weight bolt removed, cue weighs 18.3 and 18.4 oz.

Joint: 3/8 X 11 Modified Flat Faced Brass Pin, wood to wood joint with a phenolic collar.

Smooth Seamless Black Leather wrap.

The dealer had this cue listed at $1000, and then I had the band added, the leather wrap put on, and the shafts made with best grade wood and longer ferrules, plus shipping, so you can imagine what I have in this cue. I love the cue, and whoever gets it will be a happy camper. I just need the cash right now. Here's my "No dicker sticker". Reduced to$$800and you pay shipping. Is there any interest at all in this awesomely detailed cue ? Let me hear your cash offers. It's obviously a buyers market. I was planning on keeping this cue in my collection until the bills just piled up. Maybe I'll have to go back to plan A. Let's hear decent cash offers...Tom
 
Steve Klein makes some of the sweetest hitting cues from anyone. This is a really good price for what you will be getting.
I own several Kleins now, and will own several more before it's done.
Trust me, Tom has this one nailed right.
I'd take it in a heartbeat, but I'm into a bind for the moment.
Next week, who knows....

Thanks fellas, but all I'm getting is very low, almost recession era offers. May have to call this sale off. Too bad, because someone would have been stealing a great custom cue at mucho off retail. At a member's request, I explored to see if there was a weight bolt in this cue. To my surprise, there was ! With the weight bolt removed, the cue weighs 18.3 oz, and 18.4 with the other shaft. Lotta cue period. TON of cue for $900 Shipped ! Grab it...Tom
 
Price reduced to $800 and you pay shipping ! This is a steal that may never be repeated. I discovered that there is a weight bolt in this cue. 3 different weights, and without a bolt it weighs 18.3, with the max bolt 19.1. Satisfaction guaranteed. Flawless, like new cue with a great hit...Tom

i can't belive this is still for sale. it is a steal at that price. i have playd with this cue and it hits them sweet. the wrap and overall craftsmanship is up there with the best. good luck
