PICTURES UPDATE ON PAGE 3.Here we have a gorgeous six point 1980's Jerry Franklin Southwest. Cue is made of Tulip wood and is in amazing original condition. Nice Tulip wood rings at the joint and butt plate. Cue is straight with two shafts that appear to be 13mm. I believe the ferrules are ivory and both shafts have moori tips. Weighs about 19oz. I can have it weighed and get the exact size of the shafts if needed. I think it pretty much speaks for itself. Price is $2300.

Thanks,

So this place has turned into an auction site????????????? Why doesnt anyone post the price anymore here ??? It is a wanted/for sale forum and you should post youre price !! :)

I agree, post a price. It's a waste of everyones time emailing and PM'ing silly offers. If you want an auction sell it on fleabay.

Why are you guys so hostile? :D Please try and contain yourselves. :D How is it wasting time to take a whole 5 seconds to send in an offer? What if I'm not sure what I want for the cue but I know I want to sell it? How can I post a price if I don't know what to post. Guess that's the point of open to offers. Sorry if this disturbs some of you. :) Just relax, Take a deep breath and, Send an offer in. hehe.. :D

That's just it...you hit the nail on the head. You should know what you want for the cue when you decided to put it on the market. If you have a general idea, post the price a little high and come down to an agreeable price if there is a interested buyer. If you want to run this like an auction, save the badnwidth. That's what ebay or cueacutions is for.

If you're dead set on taking offers, let me get mine in.....$500

Ok, Thanks for the offer but I will decline. Since your dead set on me posting a price here's one just for you. $2500. Now are you happy?

Sorry, don't mean to be hostile. : )

I hearbye submit an offer for $1,500. : )

Seriously, here is what I would do....check the prices for S.W's that have sold on Fleabay. I think you will find that they max out at about $2,300 depending on condition, level of work, etc....

Post your S.W. for sale at say....$2,300. Most likely nobody will buy at that price. So....lower it $100 every couple of days until somebody bites.

Just my opinion.

Doug

Doug,

Thank you sir. I am really an easy going and very nice guy. I always do good business and have never ever had a complaint about something I sold. There's only so much a person can handle before they say things and sound like the complete opposite.

Thanks,

Josh Hillard

Price

By the words of Sir Doug I declare the price to be $2300. Do not expect me to drop like a fly after he's been swatted though. :D

Hay all

Josh plays nineball at a pro level. He is new to this stuff. I will tell him how to post pictures. A reasonable start for the cue is $1800 easy. He gaurentees all his transactions as cash back. I have seen pics of the cue. I will see if I can help him out. I am sure Josh will be doing this for a long time to come. So lets cut him a little slack.
.Good Luck:)

josh--
warning on the thing you did on ebay- they will pull it as it violates their rules... any AZ'er interested in looking- you know how to find it on fleabay...

As far as taking offers.... sometimes someone really doesn't know what they want or what it's gonna take to 'make them' sell their cue... i know i have 2 cues if i EVER decide to sell i will 'take offers' unless i'm desperate to sell.. I definitely don't want to see everyone on AZ 'take offers' but there's sometimes that is the way you want to sell your cue... AZ is definitely not an Auction site!! That's what brought me here... if you want auctions-go to Fleabay <been there long time too...>

the best ads to sell here i've seen is FAST N LOOSE <his avitar in nice too :-)> <please- no offense to anyone> as i think he represents his cues well with great pics and descripts and most all his stuff is fair priced -but not too cheap- to move.. he's a great example on how to move a cue if you're looking for one <just my opinion and no offense to great sellers i see like bushwacker, scruggsinhand, poolchady etc, etc.....>

good luck with your sale josh and hope to see pics soon...

Thank You!! if its for sale please.....POST A PRICE!!!! that is one thing that drives me crazy. Btw. there are some great AUCTION SITES, ya know ebay etc.... and truly, few people want to "make an offer" even if they have some interest in what your selling. you can always start at the high end and consider offfers from there. take er easy. Jayman.

Sorry the pictures are so small. I had trouble posting them this time. I did send pictures to someone who said they were going to put them up on here for me but never did. They sent me an e-mail saying they were not interested but would post them for me. Oh well. Anyways I believe the cue is sold. I received an offer that I'm most likely going to accept unless someone were to give me a better one. The offer is very close to the $2300 I asked for. I will send him a message and close the deal when I return home tonight. Thanks to everyone who took the time to view this post and reply to it. If anyone is interested in a very nice Schon cue with a leather wrap I have one posted with a price. I know it's hard to go from looking at a SW to a Schon but just thought I'd mention it. Be easy people.

Thanks,

Josh Hillard
