That came out very nice. I not only love the look of spalted maple, I like that it changes as you cut it down, almost like a crackerjack prize....

You just don't know what the prize is until you get to the bottom of the box of crackerjacks. Spalted wood is the same, you just don't know what the final design by nature will look like until it's finished.
