I am looking at replacing the leather wrap on my Runde. It is lightly textured, but too smooth for me. I want more grip. I'm pretty sure I've narrowed my decision down to spanish bull oil tanned. I have an aversion to elephant ear, so I think this may be my best option. I was hoping to see some pictures of cues with the oil tanned bull wrap.

Here is the only pic of the existing wrap that is decent.

I'm also thinking of cortland. Any opinions?

I have OT Spanish Bull wrap on an -R- cue of mine. I love the look and the feel of the wrap. I will see if I can take a good picture of the wrap tomorrow.

I prefer leather over linen, but that is me.

Here u go.

Pics are from my phone and the look like kaka.

Can one describe the feel? Is is soft, spongy, firm, grippy, etc..........?

I have no info on a wrap for you, but I gotta say I LOVE the look of that Runde!!! She's a beauty!!!

I asked Kenny Murrell about a "softer" wrap, and he suggested a black bison wrap...I like soft wraps with almost a "tacky" feel to them...
