I find that I must have the object pocket in my peripheral vision to
be comfortable when I pull the trigger. If I wear a cap I have to push it back on my head on long shots so I can peripherally see the pocket. Curious to know if anyone else does this or is it a personal quirk (of which I have a few).:confused:

It really bugs me to wear a cap, so I might just have the same problem.
 
Me either. I have a short neck which precludes my wearing a cap.
That reminds me. I had a girlfriend once who would turn every head in a restaurant as we walked in, except her own. She had no neck! :rotflmao1:
 
Playing in a small bar tourney in Springfield... the bar simultaneously has karaoke going on. I was leaned over the table to take a shot and happened to be pointed in the direction of the karaoke stage. Just as I was about to shoot, two very plus++ sized young women let out with "I Feel Pretty". Needless to say, I missed badly.

And I felt totally justified. :D
 
oh, they were wearing hats but I do not. Just trying to get back on topic.

Shouldn't the object ball be the center of your focus rather than viewed peripherally?
 
I can get sharked by a wisp of hair that gets anywhere near my peripheral vision.

I once corrected it with spit.
