Szam

On Saturday during the trip to VF, there were two cue refinishes plus enhancements completed by Barry that were delivered during the SBE event (Barry must have been busy in his shop this past winter since there was too much snow on the ground to venture out).
The first was delivered to Sean of CueAddicts and the second cue was the one shown here.
Seeing the cue while in progress at Barry's shop still left me breathless when I finally saw the finished cue.
It is a beauty so let the pictures show off my first Barry Szamboti that I obtained in the spring of 2007.
I have to thank Barry for doing such a wonderful job with the cue with the few enhancements.

Sean - thanks for letting me know this was available back in 2007.
Also sorry for the delay in getting pictures posted as I had to test the cue out first.
She plays so sweet and now is ready to be played - OFTEN!

Bob - I will be looking forward to spending some additional time talking to you at the next pool event - whether it is at VF or the US Open - both are close to us.
Thanks and the pleasure was really all Daphne's and mine.
This is my second favorite BS cue. My first favorite is the one in your avatar picture.
Thanks for posting these wonderful pctures of a very nice cue.

If I were to obtain two cues made by Barry, these would be the two I would have asked him to build - the Propeller and the Peacock.
Having both is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Thank You

Peter - so glad to have spent some time with you at VF this year. Next time, I would love to meet your family as you have already met the lady in my life.
Collections are always evolving and each change is an improvement over what was part of our collections previously. Looking forward to seeing some of your other gems.

All my cues are from the secondary market.
The true surprise I hope to have is a cue directly from a cue maker built for me.
That would be a dream come true.
Unbelievable cue for a very deserving person.
Take care,
JimmyK
Thanks - that means a lot.
Next year at VF will have to slow down enough to get out for dinner again.
