May I ask if the price listed on the website is after or before the 15% off?

The prices listed are the regular prices, before the discount is applied.

Thanks for asking!

I must say, your mullet is epic. Nice cues too.

It's retro, as well as epic. That's the part of the site we keep forgetting to update. :D

We finally updated that photo. No more mullet. Thanks for pointing it out. We've been meaning to update it for a while.

In case anyone's wondering why I'd have a mullet like that, we had young adult kids, at the time. The only way to keep them toned down was to dare them visually to do anything Dad wouldn't do. It worked, for the most part.

Gene, A couple of questions.
1. Since I see only one shaft, I assume custom cue come with one shaft?
2. What would be the cost for an addition matching shaft? I didn't see
this cost anywhere on your web or I over look it.
3. Do you make J/B cue or Carom cue or Carom shaft for your cue? Or are
these special order?

They only cue listed on the new cues page that already has a second shaft is the 2010. Custom cues can be ordered with one or more shafts, according to the customer's wishes.

During the sale, the price of a matching extra shaft will be $72 if purchased when you buy the cue. If you want the extra shaft to be a break shaft or without a collar, it will cost less. Shafts purchased separately will be regular price.

I do make custom ordered jump/break cues. I don't make true carom cues, but I can make a Maple carom shaft to fit a regular cue.

If you want an estimate on a custom built cue, check out the Estimator at http://www.crowncues.biz/opt.html#estimator. It will give you a fairly good estimate on a cue at regular price. It's not programmed for masse cues. The 15 percent off also applies to custom ordered cues if the down payment is made before midnight on August 16th, 2007.

Gene, [CrownCues] What type of payments can be use for purchasing? PayPal, Money Order, Check, Credit Card, or other type?? What are you payment policy?

We prefer PayPal, but we also accept money orders and cashier's checks. For custom ordered cues, we require a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total price to help obtain supplies (and to ensure the buyer is sincere) and there is a waiting period of 3-9 months, depending on materials used and the current workload.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and we always pay for tracking and insurance to the continental United States. We also ship Global Express Mail to Canada, but it does cost more.

Its a Bump :)

Thanks for the bump!

We have regular playing cues and masse' cues. Custom cues can also be made to order. The 15% off sale applies toward all of them, as long as the payment is received before midnight on August 16th. For the custom ordered cues, only the first half of the total price has to be received by then.

Our prices may be low, but the quality level is high. Check them out at http://www.crowncues.biz/new.html
