Prototype of something new from South west

Notice the veneers on the cue with six long points are reversed
red white on one,white red on the next
all 6 points are long

its a subtle option and this is the first one laurie made

The cue comes with a signed certificate by Laurie Franklin
and A picture of Laurie holding this special cue

Look closely behind Laurie is a picture on the wall of Jerry Frank

The price is $6000 and may seem a bit high for a cue that is not
loaded with do dads,some of you guys may not see the value of having the picture of Laurie with your very own cue

Well another rare gem by the crew at South West! Laurie Franklin is calling it " The Reflection Cue " All 6 High Points with the RED & WHITE Veneers alternating on each point.
Cool look, and all High points are rare as well. All Pau Ferro, one of Jerry's favorite hitting woods, with 6 rings, 19.8 oz / 13 mm shafts.

this cue is the nuts

I saw this cue at Dean's yesterday, and it is truly stunning. The way the veneers are
done is really cool. It takes a second or two to notice how it is done, but when you
see it is nice. The points are all the same length and when I started looking I noticed
the veneers were opposite on ever other point. This seems like a small thing compared to
all the fancy inlays on other high dollar cues, but on a Southwest it is something special.
Someone is going to own a piece of history since they very seldom do anything different.
Why would you,if you have a 10, 12 year wait for your standard cue.
