Splinterhands Banned/ Yes or No.. Vote!

While I can live w/o his multiple personalities (one min he wants to start a flame thread for shits & giggles and a couple of hrs later he wants to say we've gotten away from the real purpose of this board & we need to talk pool??) He's got issue's and he's not very likeable but he also hasn't done anything to warrant being banned. Unfortunately, getting on our nerves doesn't constitute banning someone. However, we're not exactly stuck with him forever. He's the type that will one day go over the edge and do something worthy of being banned or at least a "time out" to reflect. ;)

I just don't want to see what has happened at RSB

Here is a line that FL has posted today

Fl was shocked and stunned when they traced the poster on AZ, apa-7,
the one causing him all his grief and behind all the attacks on him.
Who did they find out this was, Howerton, the very one that should have
been protecting him. Fl DAMN NEAR FELL OVER TO FIND THAT OUT. DID IT
EVER OCCUR TO YOU, IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS, splinterhands, is howie
again, getting rid of his dead wood and wanting to stir his own pot up
to keep it interesting. Knock Knock, hello, McFly.......And you are a
chump.


That site has been interesting at times, but now it is nothing but FL's personal soapbox. I have taken lessons from him in the past, but what I see over there now is WAY OVER THE TOP !!

I'm voting no also. That first amendment is pretty powerful. We don't want to start a communist board, do we?
 
It always seems like after a Banning, there's a feeding frenzy and lynch mob mentality that takes over for more blood and guts. This whole thread is useless.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Since we're not congress, I'm not worried. This is a forum owned and operated by a private individual who may allow or disallow anything he sees fit. The 1st amendment simply doesn't apply.

So long as Mike allows me to respond anyway I want to whatever Splinterhands has to say, I don't care if he stays or goes.

I have to agree with Jude. Lately, there seems to be a lot of BAN-wagons being formed, the results of which truly don't have much, if any, merit since this is a moderated forum (IMO).

You know, this whole "Mike is apa7" thing is amusing. FL supposedly traced the APA7 user to my email address. He has never said how he did this and has never shown any proof of this at all.

So basically, we have a loose cannon making a claim online about me and all of his bandwagoners jumping on it and saying 'See I told you so'.

What I could possibly accomplish by posting as a troublemaker and arguing with myself is something I can't figure out. But considering who the person making the claims is, I guess it all makes sense.

Don't think he should be banned. If you don't like his posts just ignore them and don't reply. Takes two to get in a pissing contest.

I am personally against banning. Hey, I could be next!!!! This guy is a blubbering fool. You can play him like a violin if you want or you can ignore his dumb name calling ass.
Mike, who gives a rats ass what FL has to say on another board? Most of us got sick of him here. If you knew what to say, you could set him off on a rant anytime. I found it amusing. You just have to consider the source.

LOL, I don't know what it would accomplish but just the mental image of it cracks me up! :p I wonder, do you talk out loud while doing this and change your voice depending on the personality you're portraying at that moment?!?!? :D
 
I will leave it to Mike as he knows whom is causing trouble here & whom is not. I am sure that he reads all the HOT threads & knows. I am also sure he knows Whom is posting under multiple aliases as he has the records. Go get em Mike!
