Sport King and Anniversary Rails

Gentlemen,

With the exception of the rail counters and Brunswick badges, are Sport King and Anniversary rails and rail castings identical? From photos, I see that everything below the bottom edge of the rail is obviously different, but the topsides of both tables look remarkably similar.
