Wish I had seen this a few weeks ago before I purchased another high dollar spare shaft from a high dollar manufacturer.Hey Nathan,, Yes, we are in Greeley, CO. We have been making carbon fiber shaft for our local guys now for a while, we recently opened our website and also started to sell them on Ebay. Our Carbon Fiber is the highest quality available, made with more layers than most of our competition. Also we use very high density foam to remove any vibration or pinging, and our center balancing gives our shafts a excellent hit feel. We have done a lot of research and development getting the weight and feel just right. We use all the best materials that you can choose from to make your stick exactly what you want, from phenolic joints to Tomahawk ferrules, with your choice of available triangle, kamui, cuesoul and other tips. Right now we are offering a free upgraded Kamui tip with any shaft purchase. Most of our local guys have now switched over to ours from the major brand name ones they had before. We also offer a specially weighted break shaft, and soon we will offer an entire Carbon Fiber break cue. Let me know if you have any question and hopefully some our customers will chime in on your review questions.
thank you,
Doug

1. Currently:Wish I had seen this a few weeks ago before I purchased another high dollar spare shaft from a high dollar manufacturer.
But anyway, I checked through your website and liked what I saw but did have a few questions.
1. What is the tip diameter of the break shaft? Is it also available in 30" same as the playing shaft?
2. Warranty? I am sure you have one, just looking for details.
Good luck out there
Yes, we will have an 11.8 pro taper in the 30", as to the revo, I haven't shot with one enough and especially not side by side to give you an answer. Most comparisons are just opinions and what works for you may not work for me. We didn't go for super light or any extremes for that matter. We wanted it to feel great when playing. It may not be for some people, however the cool thing about a small company is we can change methods for one shaft to help you find what you are looking for.my questions are basic
does it come 11.8 mm
and how does its deflection (squirt) compare a 11.8 revo??
0.840" we can taper the collar to larger diameters or smaller if need be. In that type of situation having the butt sent in would certainly be helpful to ensuring proper fit. What's the joint diameter? Is it standard for all joints?

The joint fit was off on mine and created a wobble in the stick making it unusable for serious pool players.....0.840" we can taper the collar to larger diameters or smaller if need be. In that type of situation having the butt sent in would certainly be helpful to ensuring proper fit.
Be glad you stuck with the high dollar shaft because you would have been buying another one like myself if you purchased the Springfield Custom Carbon Fiber Shaft......Not the greatest of quality! Tip Fell Off after a week or so of using in regular play NO BREAKING! And the supposed warranty have you paying for shipping....Not the best!Wish I had seen this a few weeks ago before I purchased another high dollar spare shaft from a high dollar manufacturer.

Don't know anything about this product but i don't know anyone that covers shipping on warranty issues. I have heard a lot of good about this 'not so hi-priced' shaft, the DFE Billiards XLR8 shaft for $275.Be glad you stuck with the high dollar shaft because you would have been buying another one like myself if you purchased the Springfield Custom Carbon Fiber Shaft......Not the greatest of quality! LOL! I'm just making sure people don't waist time and money on an inferior product. Especially if they are ordering in a different state.WOW... very interesting thread, issues, new members, new cf shaft builders.. Got the makings of an old time flame thread. Haven't seen one on AZ for quite a while...
I purchased one with pro taper, 12.4 tip and custom piloted joint and diameter. Even without the butt they managed to nearly nail the diameter. I can feel the transition with a fingernail but it isn't noticeable. I have Meucci Carbon pro shaft and a McCormick cf shaft. The Springfield CF shaft is very comparable to the Meucci and I prefer it to the McCormick. Good hit, no annoying "ping". Well worth more than they are asking, I found them easy to work with and extremely prompt. Good dudes.0.840" we can taper the collar to larger diameters or smaller if need be. DaJanks, I paid to send my Cue Butt Greenly, CO when I had my shaft made and I still got back an ill fitting shaft that wobbled on my brand new cue butt. I had high hopes for a quality shaft but it did not live up to expectation. It seems to me that a good Idea would be to make sure the butt and shaft are straight before sending it back to buyer while making sure the tip does not fall off with a week or so of regular shooting with NO BREAKING. It might be a good practice to put a quality control plan in place so you don't have issues of this nature with your company and clients in the future. Good luck with everything and I hope you get that kink worked out.0.840" we can taper the collar to larger diameters or smaller if need be. I have....Stick with the known Carbon Fiber manufactures it has too many flaws for only saving a hundred buck or so, spend the little extra. Tip fell off within a week and the shaft joint was not straight creating a wobble in the stick. I sold my stick to purchase a quality known carbon fiber shaft and love it....You see the difference in quality and play! They are In Greely, CO. Offer $250 cf shafts.
