St. Louis Thanksgiving Day

I think Cue & Cushion is open on t-day. I'm going there later today and I'll check their holiday schedule and post-again with an update.

Almost every pool room in St Louis is open 365 days a year.

Ride the Rail in South County has a huge tournament Saturday/Sunday. No AA players allowed. They get 128 players every year and have for the past decade at least. Usually action to be found during the tournament as well. If you wanted to play and were from out of town, you would have to have your speed known by someone.

My speed is slow. Just ask anyone:smile:

So then you are barred from the tourney but there will be plenty of players in attendance the same as you that you can play against? If you see a short kid that loops his cue like Parica, ask him to play real high. He is a go off artist and a big score.

I'll be going to that tournament on RtR on Sunday - a friend of mine is entering, since she gets in free (girls and C players don't pay the registration fee). I won't be playing in it. Call me snobby, but I can't stand playing on bar boxes after playing on 9fts for so long. heh

Did you find out if cue & cushion or the Rail is open thursday?
