Stacked boxes by John Bender

I didn't want this cue to get lost in my thread. This cue has stacked boxes that wrap partially around the radius of the cue. There is a forearm, handle and butt sleeve. The joint is buffalo horn, I believe.

The end cue is an 8 point cue with ivory joint and chain links. The inlays are barbells and gun sights...

when u say "stacked" boxes do you mean overlapped or the veneers are stacked?.... I LOVE the old stacked boxes like Gus did and Pete Tascarella do better than mitered...OLD SCHOOL ;-).... Very Nice Cues!

I meant stacked on top of each other. I do not remember if these are stacked or mitered.

Talk about stepping out of the box! What incredible and exciting work. Its not too often I see something that's so different but, really great!!

The boxes are mitered and the 8 point and box cue are available. The 8 pointer has an ivory joint...

Joe, nice cues by John for sure, and he is a good guy too. The 8 pointer is super nice!
What wrap is going on them?
Thanks for showing.

What an incredible cue. John is such a nice guy and has so much talent too. Totally blown away by this cue. It's really exciting to see the ultra modern take on classic designs these days. Much respect Mr Bender.

My cue is getting the Balabushka black that is offered by Superior cues / Martin Bick and I am not sure about the 8 pointer. My guess would be leather on that also...

I saw the box cue in person and have to say it's by far the most original design I've ever seen. I'm sure whoever buys it will cause people to turn heads and raise eyebrows.

I first saw cues by John Bender last year, Excellent stuff, classic classics as well as new twists and fresh designs. The guy has x-factor
