JB, I agree! I put off Pro One far too long. Although very related to Manual CTE, it feels like a whole new level of visualizing. Just as Stan says, see and shoot!
Here is Pro One in a nutshell:
1) line up visuals (same as manual CTE)
2) focus on center cue ball
3) move in, sweep in cue to center cue ball
4) Fire!
Once you really "get" the idea that center cue ball is the target (not the aim line, not the object ball, not the pocket) things really start to click. There are only two sweeps (eye movements, rotations, whatever you want to call it) to learn for any given shot. They are equal to the 1/2 tip pivot in manual CTE. They are refined quickly through repetition. Setup those shots from the DVD and shoot them as described, and you'll get there!
