For electric the 1/2" crown Duo-Fast guns are the best.

I know a lot of us use the air staple gun from Harbor Freight there like $20 bucks and work forever.
I agree with reverend and Chesapeake... For electric guns, Duo-Fast are great, although expensive. If you use them a lot you'll have to change the occasional spring/gasket.
The Harbor Freight pneumatic guns are the nuts though. For $20, I went ahead and bough 2 guns. I've have them for about a year and a half and never had the second gun out of the box.

I hope it is not a permanent thing, but I have not been able to find the harbor freight guns online or in the store the last couple times I was there. I was able to get a small quiet compressor and 2 staple guns for cheaper than I could order a new electric Duo-Fast. Every once in a while the 1/2" crown guns come across on ebay or craigs list and can be had pretty cheap.
We use the Duo-Fast electric but they also have a really powerful and light weight pneumatic model too. (though pretty pricey) My first electric Duo lasted 10 yrs before the first rebuild. We keep all the spare parts. They are simple to rebuild right on the jobsight if you have problems.
Someone I know was there the other day and a manager said the SKU for those was marked "Do not sell". Don't know if there's a recall or something?

Looks like there changing the design of the stapler...the price and all the specs seam to be the same..only difference I see is that the air outlet can be adjusted to swivel on the new model..I have had mine ever since I got back from alsip, I have not had any problems with it...except the E clip that holds the trigger pin popped off..I had to buy a new E clip for .15 cents at hard wear store...ouch!......I asked the people at my local harbor freight if they had any more coming in, they said there on back order' the web site says the same thing....I asked how long and they said it could be months because there is not date posted with them, and they said that's unusual but there screen shows the same sku and model, where there web site shows different...
