I used to live in Roanoke and knew Al personally. I played with one of his cues back in the late 90's and loved it. I am going to buy one off my friend soon since I just got back into the game.

i owned one for a long time. i played with it for a little over a years solid. for a cue flipper like me that's a long time!

he does great work, imo. flawless and his cues really do play well.

Great guy who makes GREAT cues. I live near Roanoke and have the pleasure of knowing Al. I have seen a lot of his cues and as soon as I get my money right I am going to order one from him.

Yea..i tell you the truth..i love this Al Link cue...i have read on here about
Bill McDaniels and how under rated he is..which is true..but Al is
REALLY super under rated...his cues play exstremly well...

eazy-e

i didnt know Al was still making cues? i havent lived in roanoke for over 12 yrs now, but the last i heard he stopped making them.

Pics of my Al Link Cue

all the white is ivory..it also has the adjustable weights..a really nice
balanced cue..of course Al is Known for his Link work on his cues..
Al is retired..but still makes 2-3 cues a year..(some years)..love the
Ebony and Ivory...and the Burl (reddish -brown wood) just makes it pop..
