A few people wanted to know how this was made and a parts list

Go online to 8020 garage sale to get the extrusion I am using 1515 about 8.00 ft ,linear bearing (carriage) 35.00 and brake 13.75

Any industrial supply company (MSC or McMaster-Carr)
6205 bearing,1/4x20 coupler,1/4x20 set screws and 1/4 x20 flat head screw
10.00 to 20.00

Housing for the bearing was a slice of pipe drilled and tapped

Rubber collet was a modified chair leg tip/crutch tip

Very slick setup. I looked for the linear bearing and only saw the ones with a flange on the rear, did you mill yours off?

Mill , not exactly, more like chop saw and belt sander
I made a few more for my next project if any ones interested
