I watched the PPV all weekend and it was fine all the way through until the last couple of hours. Every so often, I did have to refresh my browser, which is normal really. The last couple of hours there was a lot of freezing and the final 2 games did cut out on all of us (18 viewers left).
This being said, I don't really see any point in asking for a refund, because I know how hard it is to risk everything up front to provide a PPV event. I would guess, at this point that they only made about $300 for all their work after expenses are paid. I did receive over 16 hours of excellent matches and It was nice to be a spectator for once instead of worrying about every little detail.
When I streamed the Andy Mercer this year, we had issues with the final match between Shane and Darren and the stream was cutting out. It was a nightmare because the whole event went smoothly except for this portion of it. Luckily, our audience was sympathetic and nobody asked me for a refund. I think I issued one refund for a man who didn't know how to login at all, but that's a different case.
As a consolation, I made it a point to upload the final matches between Darren and Shane within a few days. I would hope AZBtv does the same soon.
All in all, I would recommend supporting PPV events from these guys. They work really hard and the only way for things to evolve and get better is by trial, error and feedback. I won't be ordering the 14.1 because I'm pretty broke these days - The life of a live streamer.
My only real criticism would be that they should have someone on their team working from the location to provide customer service. There are dozens of people who don't know how to log in to the PPV in the first place even though it's pretty easy.
Good luck guys and overall great event! I was not bothered by the commentary, by the way. Snooky is actually pretty knowledgeable and if anyone disagrees with the quality of her work then you have a right to your opinion.
