Sterling Case Question- 4x8 rolling

I'm also in the market for 4x8 - must have wheels. My current 3x6 is really too much for my shoulder.

I noticed the wheels on the case in the link look really small - do you think they would hold up very well over time considering the weight of the case with all equipment in it ??
 
I think they would hold up no problem, I'm just concerned if the tubes are padded. Anyone know?

I am almost 99% sure that it is padded, but to be absolutely sure. send John a PM and he would be able to answer your question with ease.
 
I have one of those... the tubes are covered in something similar to soft leather but are not plush/foam padded (unless they have improved the model). I find the wheels not very convenient and I would say it is not a case to carry, rather to store cues at home. It is veeery big and clunky. Also, cues rattle inside too much for my taste.
 
They have a 4x8 Sterling Classic hard case, for the price, I think it would be hard to find someone else that offer as much as that case does. Just MHO
