Skim cut the ferrule so it is flat....Sand the tip then put on thin CA...... let it sit for about 10 seconds....wipe off the excess and hit it with kicker.... sightly sand it again and put it on with loctite gel CA.
Be aware that there are some ferrules that don't seem to stick right and you need to change them first.
