typo on the weight of the 1st shaft?

This cue looks really nice in the pics and probably better in person. I've never played with one of these. Can you compare the hit to another cue for me?

Steve's cues have a great solid hit, with nice feedback and feel. Not overly whippy, and not overly stiff. After reading what i just wrote, i'd have to say that the cues have a solid medium hit. For comparison, i'd say scruggs.

I have't hit with this cue, as it is new/unchalked, so i am speaking in general here.

Hey! Chris, Steve (staff) at Amsterdam has a beautiful Klein you might want to try out. I will be getting my 3rd Klein but first custom from Steve this week. Will show it to you when received and will be honored if you give it a test hit. See you at Amsterdam.

How do they play? LIGHTS OUT! Good feel, good hit, good feeback, great balance, and they play like they look-
The closest I can think of to compare the hit would be a Scruggs or a Carmelli, I guess. The Carmelli may be a little closer, but that depends upon the cue.
(But, I prefer Steve's cues to pretty much anything. LOVE 'em!)

GREAT looking cue! Amazing coco and veneers, great all the way around- Someone is going to get beyond lucky when they get this one....

So I like to play this little game with myself whenever I can. I read the description and try to get a mental picture of the cue before I look at the actual pics.

So I read Marcus' description and contemplated skipping the pics, looking at them or vomitting. I have to admit I thought it was going to be apallingly ugly.

Makes me wish I had and extra few G's laying around!

Steve makes very good cues and is really easy to work with if you need anyhting. Also for what you get the prices are great.
