Recently I inquired on AZ about getting some recommedations for where to buy a quality kid's cue. I have (2) 10 year old girl students who are passionate about the game and I wanted to get them nice cues to play with.
One of the responses I received was from a gentleman named Steve Klapp.
Steve offered to make the girls some custom cues and I said, "Go for it!"
Below are some pics that absolutely do not do justice to these beautiful cues. The finish is second to none, IMHO. The workmanship and the woods Steve selected are just beautiful.
In short, Steve Klapp (nucues on AZ) was a pleasure to work with, got me the cues in ~2 weeks, gave me an unbelieveably great deal and in every way exceed my expectations.
PS. I have sent my best buddy's classic Palmer off to Steve for a complete restoration - before and after pics to follow when I get the cue back.
