The tourment was this pasted weekend in nc .Steven won and sammy monday came in # 2 both got tour cards , about 15 players show ..

They didn't win tour cards at the recent qualifiers. That was to have 50 non-ipt members qualify for the July tournament in Vegas.

Stevie was undefeated in the Raleigh qualifier. He had a first round bye, the won over Mike Champagne 10-3, Louis Ulrich 10-3, and Sam Monday 10-8. Sam came back to stop Keith Bennett 10-6 to get the second spot in Vegas.

thanks [pooltchr] like to keep up with steive, as we play golf together some , he is a great person to know, and be around. I will tell thi once again , had a tourny at my place to raise money for a friends wife with cancer, raised a good amount, stevie won turnd aroudn and donated all the winning to the lady [ that is class in my book] goooooo stevie-----STICK

I would have to agree. Stevie came in well dressed, friendly, cooporative, and ready to play pool. No complaining about the condition of the tables (which might well have been justified). If he makes it on the IPT full time, I can't think of anyone to better represent the tour as a professional player. I wish him well in Vegas.
