It seems to me that lately I'm experiencing more success on the length-of-table straight-on type shots when using a cue with a stiffer hit and/or one with a harder tip than I usually play with. Is there some kind of physics/science related reason for this, or is it all my imagination? Does anyone else find this to be true in their game? Any comments?
