Well, I don't want to revel in the misfortune Trey was having...kidding, I love it and I hope he had a hand full of glass. Maybe he got what he deserved. Maybe I should call the police. Something tells me they would probably side with me and not this clown.

I dont know if this is related but he was placed on probation (see below) so the cops in the area probably already know of him.

could be a statute of limitations issue here as well. You might have already slept it, but doesnt hurt to call down to the police there and shake the tree some.

Got probation, if he's still on probation, and you call the police and get them sniffing around, he might just make things right as to not risk a probation violation.

Id at least have them knock on his door, you've got nothing more to lose,

Better yet contact his probation officer

They just love to see how those under their watch are behaving. I gaurantee he will confront him on it. They make a recomendatiosn to the judge and you may get restitution as part of his future sentencing when he inevitably screws up again. I recovered money after 2 years this way, they local police did nothing for me, too lazy to address a petty crime.
 
If you do a google street level view of his house, he lives in a fairly nice area and the house looks way beyond his means...I'm guessing he lives/lived with his parents. Try contacting them! You could also find out who his neighbors and local businesses are. Contacting them could tell you if he still lives there or has moved on.

looks like i had a big luck here on AZ.
Last year i was selling Tascarella cue and i remember i had over 30 pm-s.
Also arround 10 offers was like this:

-will you send me the cue and then i will pay you
-i will pay you shipping costs,you send the cue and i will pay you when i get the cue
-i will pay you half of cue and when i get the cue i will pay rest

trade offers:
- will you send your cue first and when i get it i will send mine
-i will pay you 300usd ,you send the cue and when cue arrived i will send mine and rest of the money

When i suggest escrow service all of this offers suddenly dissappear

I know one thing for sure:
Never send the goods before payment is done!
If you buying,hopefully there is few very honest and confident people and it is better to pay them 20 bucks for escrow and sleep good

I feel sorry for you but good thing is it could be the cue much more value and then bigger problem.

Consider this school for 400 usd,keep on living without hate,this will only make you nervous and bitter,forget the thief and leave him negative i-trader.
