im currently ranked a AA in wisconsin bca. in a race to 9 in 9ball i can string a couple table runs. but i lack consistancy. i feel i can run any table at any time. but then ill miss a easy out. i know top amateurs dont miss. they say they dont remember the last time they missed a ball.

i went to jerry briesath for lessons a few years ago. and he had me hit a rack or two. or course i shot great. he laughed at me and said what to u need help with. i just said to be more consistent in my game.
and here i am in the same vote.

i know practice is the obvious answer. is my aiming off. my consintation in the wrong place at the wrong time. my stroke off.
i know its hard to say without seeing my game. but i was hoping some of u az'ers that just moved up to top amateur level. knew what they did to get more consistant.

i think my focus is not 100% on all shots.

any help is appreciated
thanks

like mr briesath said "what do you need help with". you already said what your problem was in your post. you dont focus 100% on all shots. there are no "easy outs". the minute you say that to yourself you are done. it sounds like its your mental game that needs help. focus 100% on every shot. thats it right there.
