not really sure why it is set up like this, should stay in the order you post....not move around off the last time it was active...would be fair for everyone and you can reply on your post instead of all the pm going on,if it just stayed in order ot the post... just wondering why it is set up this way when people seem to hate all the post getting barried...just an ideal

It's set up that way, because the popular threads stay up front, and folks won't miss them because they are usually pretty good info threads, or at least a helluve cat fight....

and the bad threads go into the forum hell ASAP where they belong. Oh wait, did I just bump this one

You just committed an appeal to authority fallacy... Never assume that because people in a specialty did something that it must be better or smarter than if you did it or planned it.

Number of posts per whatever is likely one of the stats used to sell the advertising and probably a large factor in determining those fees. That's just my guess as usual as I've never bought Ads or had an inside position on any forum.

I wonder if vBulletin has considered added individual filters to their software such that users can filter out certain content or even users from their view of forums.
