What is the best way to store your higher end cues? I want to put away my scruggs but not sure the best way to keep it from warping, please let me know your thoughts?
Put it in a good case. Never had a problem with a cue moving & mine are always in cases if they aren't being used. And the cases are in living areas of my home.

My preference for long term home storage is a foam core case such as a Porper. They are inexpensive and offer decent protection. I have not had a problem with any of my cues stored in one.
Most hard cases are fine for storage. Some people even like soft cases, but I prefer a case that can support some weight, in case anything gets accidentally piled on or tipped over onto it.
I prefer keeping cues in a climate controlled environment (house or office), not too cold or too hot. Excessive heat and humidity such as experienced in garages, storage lockers, etc can cause cues that are prone to warpage to warp.
