I heard that there is a new league starting very soon (within the next week). 17 members already signed up and projected 37 by next week.
There is a league in Baltimore too, and one in Frederick.
The league is a non-profit league and is currently developing its own rules. From what I hear, there will be two tiers - SL3s and 4s - 5s and up. These ranking are taken from the player's current APA rankings.
