Straight shots

Been using CTE PRO ONE about one hear but still have trouble with straight in shots about 4ft. Apart. I am left hand right eye dominate . Any help?

Personally I think your issue is you are not hitting center line of cue ball .
Try putting a piece of scotch tape over your tip and do some drills hitting the center of cue ball.
If you start to miss cue then you know right there you are not hitting centerline...........

Mike Massey has a DVD out with the little clear plastic caps the go over your tip ferrule .
I lost the one he gave me ,
Then I made a shaft and put a clear plastic tip on just to practice hitting center cue ball.
I ended up selling the shaft.

I am thinking of ordering in some clear plastic rod and making ( me ) one like the one like the one Mike Massey gave me and I lost .

If you guys have extra shafts like I do then a new in chalk lepro or triangle tip will work to .
You want a slick tip to see if you are hitting center line of cue ball.

Really your aiming issue could be allot of different problems .

Video yourself, or get a mirror, or and have someone watch your stance stroke and follow through .

I too have a problem with dead straight shots.
I understand that my problem is that when I face a straight in shot, i try to aim at the middle of the OB, and I can't find the exact spot. Sure, when the OB isn't very far from the pocket it will go in even if i don't hit it dead center, but with long shots this isn't the case.

What I found works for me (if I practice it every week) is not to aim at the center of the OB, but concentrate on the spot where the OB touches the cloth. This way, you know you're looking at the center of the OB and don't cut it left or right.
