Strange Brunswick cue?

Never seen a cue like this, the shaft is fiberglass, I believe the handle is also. Never seen this pin before either. The bumper is NOT original. Cue is not for sale. Just looking for better knowledge then the Google.

Common construction of a bunch of low end Chinese cues.

The joint is seen in a number of them. The reason people think it's novel is because they don't look at the other cues, they don't grab attention. The Brunswick name grabbed the attention.

Brunswick cues have been strange for many decades…..they don’t make cues. The last good cues I bought with Brunwick’s name on it were made by Joss and Falcon.

Brunswick cues have been strange for many decades…..they don’t make cues. The last good cues I bought with Brunwick’s name on it were made by Joss and Falcon.
I really like the early Predator green veneer SP cues by Falcon. Very nice points, built well, looks great. Pair that with the 30" pre cat shaft, now that's a nice hitting cue. IMHO
