i stand by my original comment jay that it was a bit uncalled for. here we have a new thread announcing an exhibition match between a top pro and a living legend in earl strickland, and right off the bat you start saying that tony 'shouldnt' have to play earl and be subjected to 'torture'.
come on man, leave it/him be. be different and slag him off after he does something wrong, if he does. it just strikes me as people love hating him, which i don't understand. because we all love pool, and he loves the game more than us probably. and he's probably the best there ever was at it.
i'll be honest and straight with you as from what direction i am coming from here, i'm an earl fan. if the man is indeed an ass now, then he has damn well earned the right to be an ass!
