Stripped weight bolt head

Ask your car repair shop if they have RBRT or similar sockets. Designed for stripped hex screws.

Try putting a rubber band across the end of the allen wrench and put that down in the hole, if that doesn;t work I would take it to a cuerepair shop.

Hu speaks true. Those things are so hard, you will never be able to drill them.

Anyone who’s worked on an exhaust manifold knows your odds are slim to none that you won’t have the torch out or be welding nuts on broken studs. My bro in law got a little aggressive recently trying to chase threads, snapped the tap off almost flush. Luckily. a small punch and hammer were able to work it out with some patience.

As far as the O.P., Dan had a great suggestion right off the bat in cutting a notch in the bolt and using a screwdriver. The thing can’t be torqued that tight.

Hu’s suggestion of the left handed drill bits is also spot on. Use a punch to get dead center and start small. Drill slooooow and keep stepping up the bit size. Chances are it will end up working out as you drill once it gets thin enough. Patience.
