I was wondering what is the best lighting to fix my stroke? I currently am using T8 daylight bulbs. Thanks.

I am also curious to learn if I switch to a Kamui Clear Black tip (medium hardness) if it would help be rack the balls better.

They might help you with your stroke, but you have to be careful about it. Some have been known to have seizures from fluorescent lighting. You don't want to have seizures while having a bad stroke.;)

Did you mean "me" instead of "be"? And, if you did mean "me", I'm not doing anything with your balls, so I really don't care what kind of tip or how hard it is.

Sorry if I obfuscated. I meant to use "IT" instead of "it".

Mr. Logan,

I and possibly others, have come to believe that T-8 bulbs cause a distraction when implementing TOI. My 40 years of playing experience along with my physics background .........

oops channeling the wrong poster.
:D

Well, that's a new one on me. All along I thought a bad stroke was caused by not practicing, and here you tell me a light bulb will fix it. Will wonders never cease.

And a cordial reminder to everyone to remember to wear their Aramith branded tin foil helmet while shooting to prevent your opponent(s) from reading your thoughts.

Now this thread... this thread, I like.

Should I pick up a copy of the Feel of Outside VHS? I need to learn how to slip my stroke.
Or should I just buy a Predator Z3 shaft for my Szamboti? It already hits lights out, but I need it to hit like a monster.

The only thing that can fix your stroke that I have seen is for you to take 2 weeks off.....and then quit for good! Actually the LED lighting panels would help you "real eyes" what you are doing wrong. You are trying to use CTE with the Ghost ball method all the while using the wrong end of the cue.

While we're talking random stuff, remember this cue on the table?

Boy got a third straight second place in a state championship. 4 state championships played, one first place, three second places.

If you would simply close one eye and refuse to look out the other you will find your stroke is fantastic. If you quit touching the rack, the rack will be perfect as your opponent will be forced to rack.

What else can I help you with? I will make a pro player of you yet....
