Stupid noob question--avatars

Use the skew/stretch feature in MSPaint.
Mine is just a regular old jpeg file when I click on the properties it says it is 1.45MB. Is yours a jpeg?Tallen01 said:Thanks, but still no luck. I use Google's picture organizing program, Picasa:

There are probably easier ways though if you don't need the rest of the program, but that's one option.
try writing out image in JPEG (.jpg) format
If you are working with a BMP (.bmp) file, it is most likely
uncompressed, which requires significantly more space
than a compressed format such as JPEG or PNG.
In any case, if you can't find out how to write out JPEG,
and if you are *really* desperate, post the image in this
thread, and I (or anyone who beats me to it) will convert it,
and repost it here.
