sugartree question for Eric Crisp

Hi Eric...

i did send a Pm for you a couple days ago but don't have any feedback...:)

here is a question for a sugartree cue...i bought a sugartree 8 pointer braz rosewood forearm with curly maple handle from trav dorn...he said to me that this cue got your new taper and new weight bolt system...while i really like my plainjane bubinga sugartree...my p/J got no weight bolt...is there any diference for the hit from your old taper and your new taper....and maybe someday i will put some elephant ear wrap to this cue and make someone to refinish the cue...who cue repairman you recommend to so the job...thanks for your time sir...

Hi Dedy. Yeah I rarely if ever check PM's. The cue will not hit any different due to weight bolts or slight taper adjustment. It was an experiment I am playing around with. The new taper isn't much different, either. It's just fine adjustments intended for comfort. As for adding elephant ear, I can think of nobody better than Steve Lomax. I hear Kenny Koo does a pretty awesome job, too. I know both guys well & would trust either of them to work on my cues. In fact, Lomax often works on my personal playing cues when i'm at tournies & need this or that done.

Eric, go to SETTINGS & OPTIONS and look for 'edit options' from there you can disable your visitors messaging.
