It's a very old cue. I haven't seen it in years and have no idea where it's at. I woke up to a dream I was having about making a cool looking cue, and got out of bed & ran to the shop to get it down before I forgot how to do it. I'm lucky I didn't cut my fingers off.

Eric that cue is a master piece love the Tulip you chose, I kind of figured it was an older one based on the ring work. :thumbup:
I saw the in progress pic of this and ... Well, didn't like it.
Clearly I have next to no vision. Because I love the finished product.
Now I just wonder how the butt end below the wrap is made.... Since it looks like its about 100 pieces of wood and I can't imagine that's true.

Wish I remembered:speechless: It's not as complicated as it seems, just an optical illusion. Granted there are several pieces of wood, but not near as many as it appears.

I'm a big fan of tulipwood and this cue really turned out fantastic. Does it play as good as it looks???
