Suggestion for long distance pool table movers

If I find something I want to buy any suggestions for long distance movers who can handle a pool table?

I moved a 9FT gold crown in a Honda Odyssey. Plenty of room. But I needed the length of the van for the long frame rails. Not sure the length of a Diamond frame, I would guess similar.

you guys think I could disassemble and transport a 9' diamond pro in a short bed F150?
It wouldn't be my first choice. The slate and most everything else will fit in about and reasonable size truck, SUV or van but the rails are over 8' and won't lay in the bed even diagonally. Unless you want to make the trip with the tailgate down or risk leaning them on top of the tailgate, rent a trailer.

I had a 10'er shipped from Florida to Maryland for $800. Just check around if you're gonna have it shipped.

Be patient and call local table mechanics.

You will find what you want and be happy you did it right the first time.

I agree 100 percent with Black-Balled. But we both live in the same general area and I think we know/use the same mechanic.

What I read here about some table mechanics is quite sad.

I picked up my 9’ gold crown after a pro tournament with my brother and a uhaul. We were humbled because they told us a guy just left with one that he loaded by himself in a jeep wrangler. Not sure how that worked

Well, I found that it’s really important to choose movers who specialize in handling bulky, delicate items like pool tables. Make sure they’re insured and have good reviews for handling special items. I can recommend the guys from https://threemovers.com/long-distance-moving-cost/. They were the most transparent about costs and had good reviews.
