Check out the Madman tips. I just got some of his Jump/Break tips and they are flippin' hard! I also got a couple of his other tips as well. Search on AZ and you'll find reviews.

For a single layered tip the WB from J&J is a good choice
I agree with you, those super pro tips are very good. Even though they are hard as hell, you can use them on a playing cue as well.
