I bought a Lucasi 3x4 Hybrid Case from this company about a week ago, I got a defective case, the case would not hold 3 butts, I contacted Ken the owner, he offered to replace the case but I did not feel confident about the product, so Ken took the case back and refunded the money, That's great service, if you are looking for Billiard supplies, be sure to look at his site Sunshine Hut Billiards & Darts, I know I will.
 
Sunshine Hut Billiards was my go to store for all my regular needs. Ken was the best. He now shows some health issues and closed the store till all is better. The Best No Doubt about it.
 
I'd suggest anyone wanting to do business with this retailer should be cautious.

Snapping up recently closed business info and web domains are things fake sellers do.

I have no direct knowledge about the current legit/ not legit status of the business discussed here

There is nothing fake about Ken's business. Just another stupid post by you making accusations with no direct knowledge of anything. I've sent Ken's thousands of dollars in product and he's always paid promptly.
 
I have ordered several shafts from this business over the past year. Each shaft arrived quickly, well-packed and exactly as shown. An excellent seller in my experience.
