I don't have the dates and the website appears to be down at the moment. I reserved my rooms for the 3rd weekend in March... That's when it usually is.

Yes, it was in one of the magazines.... If I'm not mistaken it was supposed to be in March & then again in September maybe?? I reserved my rooms for March well before they announced the 2nd date... I've got to find out the dates on that and reserve some more rooms!landshark77 said:

Timberly, I read a post on CCB which stated that Allen Hopkins is going to have a $25,000 tournament at Valley Forge on August 1-7, 2006.
It is going to be an 8-ball tournament on bar tables, $500 entry fee.
There will be some exhibits, but not as plentiful as the Super Billiards Expo, I think.
All in all, though, as is everything with Allen Hopkins, it will definitely be a first-class affair!

doctorhvac - The March 2006 show will be the 16th thru the 19th.
Jam, no mention of anything definite.. barbox, vendors...anything. All it says is...
"Although he was still ironing out the details of the added show, including it's title, Hopkins expected the new show to take place over the first weekend of August 2006, also at the Valley Forge Convention Center." (Billiards Digest May 2005)
We're at the end of June so it's quite possible some of the details have been "ironed out" and what you've heard might be the most up to date. I just did a little bit of searching and wasn't able to find anything else on it.
It is "ironed out" and up to date from a VERY reliable source. I provided a link in my previous post. Just an FYI.Timberly said:
