Guys,
I have been calling the Valley forge Casino for weeks now trying to get in on the special rate, which was not offered by the hotel (Neither the tower nor Radisson at the casino). I just called again today and they finally had the reduced rates registered (at least at the Tower. I did not call the Radisson). However, ALL REDUCED RATE ROOMS ARE BOOKED ALREADY! How this is possible, I have no idea. Anyway, What I did instead (thanks to the advice of the person taking my reservation), is booked using my triple A membership card, which offered a discount. I received a rate of $143 per night - which is much better than the $180 without the discount. However, THERE ARE NO DOUBLE BEDS AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 16th. The hotel is near capacity already.

Like I said, I didn't call the Radisson at the Casino. But if you are planning to go to the Expo, I highly recommend you make your reservations now if you haven't already.

See you all there!

I got my hotel this year like one week before the tournament at the casino for a little over 100, only got one night though. It was Wednesday night so guess that's why it was cheap and still available.

Did you try the Hampton Inn and Suites? It looks to be closer.

The Hampton Inn & Hilton Garden at Oaks are the two closest hotels to the Expo Center, and usually the first to go for any event hosted at the Expo. I was told by hotel staff that for other event weekends, not SBX, it's not unusual to be fully booked 9 months or more in advance.

If you have a car, and willing to drive 15 minutes back to King of Prussia, then there are tons of choices.

Last year I stayed at the French Creek Inn. Cheap, about Motel 6 quality, and near the pool hall. It's the other side of Phoenixville.
