Guarnteed to be one of the rarest cues on the planet...

The specs are listed on the lett of Auth from Barry.

This cue is for sale by the orginal owner, ordered DIRECTLY from GUS in the early 70's. The owner has written his own letter of provenance for the cue and the story behind it.

The cue is in GREAT shape for the age, with a minor flaw being the forearm has lost some luster.

The cue is ALL ORIGINAL never being touched by anyone other than Gus or Barry, who the owner thinks that the ONLY thing ever done to the cue was ferrules and tips by Gus or Barry.

The green veneers in the rings POP and the cue is much better in person..

OH WAIT THERES MORE...............It comes with a jet black Fellini case in GREAT shape with the label being perfect. Its NOT original to the cue, and has initials on top.

The price is not to be disclosed publically per the owner (i know I know) but will be told to all interested parties...I gave the price to a few already and it is draticallys lower now.

I apologize for the previous thread where many "thought" the cues werent for sale....They were and if you ran your jibbers in that thread negatively about me, please dont bother pm'ing about a price :)

Rare..

Just curious, is the Gus rare because of the absence of points, fully ebony nose, or derlin collars?
 
Can we please see the 4 point 4 veneer rosewood GUS or do we have to wait for this to sell? I like that one the best of your 3

The white collars are suppoesed to be very rare...Also the solid ebony nose is rare..have you seen another? I havent but that doesnt mean alot.

Either way...bump to the top for a RARE cue.....The others are not for sale until after this cue sells, regardless of personal preference..

You are right about rare Gus it is indeed rare I have seen many and own 3 and never seen one like this! Rosewood is also very rare! Some of us buy what we like and not how rare it is. I hope this sells so we can get to the points and veneers in rosewood! Lol
