Raffles should be at the pool hall during a tournament, not in an online forum. I would want to see the shaft, verify what you claim it does since its an unknown.
I purchase plenty of raffles when hurricane and palmetto cues come around to local tournaments to market their custom cues, and the raffles are fun, but they make most their money just selling the cues, and they do the raffles for the players. Once they reach selling value they stop selling raffles.
