SVB and Shaw on 8/30 plus tournament announcement!

The room had no piece of the stream. The owner accepted Mike's offer to come stream at no cost to the room, he didn't understand what "membership" entailed. Please accept my apology for what is being perceived as a "bait and switch" - there was no attempt to deceive, the owner just accepted Mike's offer to come out on his own. Truthfully, it did take a load off to not have to mess around turning on the stream, the room was PACKED and it would have sucked to have to add a Live Stream to the juggling.

I had and have the cameras at the hall, configured and ready to go, I'll make sure the next stream is wide open for everyone on the YouTube and Facebook streaming accounts I created for the room. The quality will be acceptable from me. I juggled the counter, the floor, the brackets, and a supply run, so there would have been no running technical support and no commentary.

Mike's quality is certainly higher and more polished than what I had in mind, and I hope you supported him! He's a great guy with a solid product - I plan to have him come back in the future for other events, and I have no complaints with him or his work.

Our goal is to keep the game alive, not score cash off the fans watching from home, we won't have a piece of any streams. The owner is aware of the capabilities the room has in-house now, VERY clearly. I'm sorry for the inconvenience to anyone who wanted to watch. I'll find out what my options are for buying the event to broadcast it once for everyone.

Thanks for making this event happen. It's great to have more pool happenings such as this for pool fans everywhere. I know it's not easy to coordinate, especially considering you all just reopened. I'm sure you had plenty of things going on at the same time.

Looking forward to the next one. Maybe I'll be able to show up in person and sweat a few matches. That woudl be fun!

Also, Billy won the Open event over Shaw in the final match, 7-6

Billy played excellent pool, such a treat to watch these guys in person, 15 feet away.

If he keeps playing 9-ball like that, he'll be snapping off more Derby wins soon enough!

There. Simple and straight forward. Others could learn from this.
