SVB Glove

if I recall correctly, shane first started wearing a glove maybe a year and a half ago when he was honing his skills down in the phillipines.

it was speculated then that he broke out the glove to combat the pi humidity.

he seems to do fairly well with *or* without one.

best,
brian kc

I remember them talking about it on the stream at last year's Nicaraguan Open. Something to do with the heat while he was down there, that's why he decided to use one.

Edit: found a picture of Shane at that tourney, first time I noticed him with a glove : http://www.poolocho.com/esp/index.php?option=com_joomgallery&func=detail&id=1137&Itemid=56

Yes he stated wearing it in the Nicaraguan open...which he won. After that he started wearing it all the time. Johnnyt

I think it's really weird that a pro players equipment is unknown. There must be a profit to be made by Cuetec for example.

Bio's on pro players are rare. Everybody would love to know what specs the pros are using. Shaft/butt/tip specs are things players take an interest to.

Which pro has the best homepage?

i was just curious of what brand because i struggle finding a good glove.

To be honest, I'm happy with my SureShot. If it wears out after a year of play for some peope you have to rationalize it's only a $10 investment. I haven't had any issues with mine after several years so I can't say anthing bad about it. There are other brands out there, some of which were linked in this thread.

Mines worn out in like 3 weeks

I went to the finger slides but in all the years I wore a glove while playing (probably like 15 years) I think the predator gloves are by far the best and sir Joseph have turned out junk.

A while back i bought 3 gloves that was named pro shot glove, i vought it from a person in sweden but i cant find it again, i belive it goes under korean glove as well. Anyways, the glove came in diffrent colors and had a strip band on the wrist for tightening and leather pad under de palm of your hand. The best glove i ever had! To bad i lost it on a tournament. It was nice and tight.
