They play each other in their next match at the World 9 ball event. Who will win or should I say who's the favorite to win?

Wu is clear favorite imo.

Man I'm a loyal fan of Wu , but I can tell you SVB is one of the best ( if not the best ) in the world at this moment. The guy won all his matchs money agaisnts the likes of Alcano in Philippine, back to US he beats Alex and then won the US Open 10-ball . It's scary man, like Immonen in 2009 when he just
played like god and won everything.

It's really hard to tell who will win.

I'm with Wu of course .

That just goes to show how much talent there is out there over seas. As good as SVB is playing now he still isn't a favorite to win his match. WOW :scratchhead:

I think whoever's break is working the best will win. I don't think one shoots straighter than the other. They are both great shot makers.

Wu's most criticized aspect of his game is cue ball control and safeties back in 2005 when he took the WPC 9 ball but he makes up for that with his breaks and incredibly potting ability. SVB seems to be a smarter and tactical player where Wu just is scary when his breaks are on. Quite interesting match but I'd give the edge to Wu because he has more experience in international events and we share the same last name.

If you think WU will win, why are you asking for odds. You should be giving odds. Butterflycues

Because I knew we wouldn't bet. I was just trying to be cute. I know it didn't work. But on a serious note I believe any of the top pros could win on any given day.

Wu's potting ability stands above everybody but SVB's game is just flawless.

It reminds me of the final of world snooker champion where Judd Trump - the scariest potter ever plays John Higgins - the best tatical player ever .

Everyone knows the result :) .

9 ball. Two great breaks. Two great players. *tosses coin into the air and waits for the next big 10 ball tournament*

To bet on this match would definitely be gambling. Either could run away with it. Or go hill hill. A coin toss IMO

The race is to 9 alternate breaks. Whoever holds serve will win. No packages will be put together.

This is 9 Ball and i give Wu a 2 game advantage as he is more at home in the Middle East.
