It doesn't seem much is being made of his winning of the one-pocket tournament ?! It's a huge accomplishment to take it up and to win the toughest one-pocket tournament within a few years!
I would still think that the premiere one-pocket players (Scott, Efren, Cliff) can still spot him 9-7 gambling since he couldn't possibly have learned all there is to know in one-pocket moving strategy just yet.
This is an absolutely fantastic accomplishment by Shane...He wasn't on my top 10 list to win this tournament...he must have played great.
Chris, since you brought up the fact that there are many more knowledgeable one pocket players out there who could have handed Shane his ass...
