There are more then a few people here I know of that might could handle it, and If he was able to sqeeze It in, Mike would be a good choice IMO also. If I'm not mistaken, I think he is even authorized to do work on those 314 shafts.
You definatly want someone that is going to take the time and make sure everything is indicated well before cutting into it, because you can't afford to lose too much material from the ringwork OD. There has to be enough left & it needs to be centered well enough on the new shaft, so that it can easily be matched up using the finish without getting it on too thick in the process. The ringwork would more then likely need to be bored, so yes the old shaft will probably be of no or little use afterwards. it is alittle tricky, as there is not really any room for error.
