might I ask what is that for? or supposed to do?

It rolls out on top of the table cloth and lays perfectly flat. Masse will not damage it.
It is supposed to play at the the same speed and distance as 300 with the heater turned off and achieve the same roll as cloth. It can be manufactured with with a dull matt finish with any color you choose. Liquids will not penetrate it and when your finished playing with it: just roll it up and place it in it's tube. Good for artistic playing because it's hard to damage the material.This invention is in the preliminary trial and error stage and it is not available for sale at this time.
